1st: Direct Advancment to the Top 8 of the Asia Plus Team Tournament 2011 Singapore Qualifier (November 13 (Sunday))

Format: Single Elimination
The Winning Team will be decided when 2/3 of the Team Members have won their Opponent in their respective Matches.

Main Deck - 40 to 60 Cards
Extra Deck - 0 to 15 Cards
Side Deck - 0 to 15 Cards

1st September 2011 OCG Ban and Restricted List

Asia Plus Team Tournament 2011 Ruling - Team Members must share the card pool and fulfill the Ban and Restricted list requirements within the team.
For Example,
Only 1 Monster Reborn to be shared among the team
Only 2 Summon Priest to be shared among the team
Only 3 Mystical Space Typhoon to be shared among the team

Card Legality
Only Legally distributed OCG (Japanese/Asian English) Cards are allowed to be used in Sanctioned Tournaments in South East Asia, namely:
* Booster Pack
* Duelist Pack
* Extra Pack
* Gold Series
* Tournament Pack
* Premium Pack 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13
* Yu-Gi-Oh: Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time Movie Pack
* Starter Deck / Structure Deck
* Video Game Promotional Cards
* World Ranking Promotional Cards

The following are illegal (unless reprinted in at least one of the above*):
o Premium Pack 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 11, 12
o Limited Edition Pack
o Duel Disk Promotional Cards
o Duel Terminal
o Anniversary Pack
o Shueisha Promotional Cards
o Weekly Jump
o V Jump
o Valuable Book

*If the card is reprinted in at least one of the legal sets, you may use any version of that card. For example, Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier was reprinted in Gold Series 2009, hence you’re allowed to use the Duel Terminal version of Brionac.


Gameplay Rules

Time Limit for each Match: 40 Minutes

Card Sleeving Rules
Only Original Konami Yu-Gi-Oh Card Sleeves can be used for the first layer of sleeving. Card Sleeves from the Duel Disks are not allowed to be used in this Tournament. (Eg. Prisma Sleeves and Blue/Gold Signer Sleeves)

Double sleeving is allowed, so long as the second layer is transparent. Players must use the same protectors for the Main Deck, Side Deck and Extra Deck.


Miscellaneous

Only Singaporean Citizens/Permanent Residents are allowed to join this tournament.

A Minimum of 8 Teams must be present before the Tournament can start.

Judges have the right to disqualify any Team whose Duelist has misconducted or violated any rules. And any decision made by Judges are final.

Players are reminded to bring along the following

. Duelist ID card
- Decklist

Quick last minute update, Yuma Duelist Pack is now apparently available, tournament entry fees now as follows.

Entry Fee per team: 6 Photon Shockwave Official Pack @ $6 each or 6 Extra Pack 4 @ $6 each or 12 Yuma Duelist Pack @ $3.50 each

Yuma Duelist Pack restricted to 5 boxes per tournament, once 5 boxes sold out, the team will have to join by buying the other packs
