Opinions on grand blue deck?

this is my decklist :

I want to try and form a deck that can easily superior ride spirit exceed at the 2nd turn.and use shaman ability bring back a grade 2 (intercept) or a powerful grade 1 .then retire shaman for other stuff.i call cutlass and use its effect.then i retire it for nightmist.

dark irregular ?

paladin got slowed down a little due to barcgal not being able to be the starter vanguard from september. so not really that cheat. anyway all decks are easy to win against others as long as u play them well.
