(iv) CFV-Cafe: Grand Prix Ruling: - This is a Team Tournament. - Swiss Format and then Top 4/8 Playoff Format. - There are 3 Riders in a Team. - The Grand Prix is a 1-on-1 match. - At the start of each Round, the Team has to select who to be the 1st Rider, 2nd Rider and 3rd Rider. - The format is similar to the Anime's Tournament where = The 1st Rider will versus the 1st Rider of the opponent's Team. = The 2nd Rider will versus the 2nd Rider of the opponent's Team. = the 3rd Rider will versus the 3rd Rider of the opponent's Team. - Any side of the team with 2 wins first will be the winner of the Round.
Tournament Format Explanation: Round 1: Team ABC vs Team 123
Match 1: A vs 1 and if lets say A win, 1 point goes to Team ABC.
Match 2: B vs 2 and if lets say 2 win, 1 point goes to Team 123.
Hence, there will be a Round 3 to determine the winner for the Round: Match 3: C vs 3 and if lets say C win, 1 point goes to Team ABC and hence Team ABC win the Round.
But let say, during Match 1 and 2, both are won by A and B respectively, then Team ABC will win the Round without member C to play for that Round.
If you have any enquiry or suggestions regarding the Tournament, do email us at ygo-cafe@hotmail.com or you can post it on our CFV-Cafe's Facebook Group Page or you could contact any of the CFV-Cafe's Staff regarding it directly if you know any of us.

| Hey guys! u all should start reserving ur place now. there are already some teams that books the place :v
please include ur team name, team members and decklists of each team. decklists will strictly be kept confidential by cfv-cafe.
Change in the format.... its an anime format, so 1 team can use all of the same clan, for example... Team Handsome, they use total granblue deck for their team. So 3 paladins in 1 team is made possible. Thank you1

| The strict deck checking is due to an incident actually. Last time, we checked 1 guy deck, he got everything alright. but in the middle of the tourney, he substitute some cards to triggers and make it 19 triggers deck. as there are complain from his opponent abt getting trigger too much, we checked him and he was caught red-handed. So yeah, because of this, we need to be strict to maintain our standard. | |

| u can send us the decklist even the day before the tourney. its just for the spot deck checking. currently, 4 teams have registered thru email, 4 teams pending due to want to wait until booster 3 then they change the decklist, and straightly email us after the booster 3 come out. ya once again, u can register and book place for ur team first, to assure u get the special price. then the day before, send the decklist ba. we are okay with it ^^
SO YEAH... 2 and a half weeks to the GRAND PRIX!! cmon guys! find ur teammate and register!!! it will be fun.
MORE PRIZES AWAIT IF TURNOUT IS REALLY MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED!

lucky draw winner = Team Xian Dao Ai Ji
will be announced soon, as i forget the results. the result slip isnt with me. Please refer to cfv-cafe.blogspot.com for the decklist and the winners of the grand prix. Thank you guys for ur participation.
(will be updating this post tomorrow, too tired already)
oh ya, for some people who flame on our prizes sucks, please think twice. for all the losers, we give each team 3 boosters and most of the team members get foil, also we give 1 big bottle of soft drinks which im sure u know, it costs around 1.5 - 2 dollar. so if u think about it, 2 dollar(drink)+2.80 dollar(booster) = $4.80. so its like u pay 3.20 dollar for to join the team tournament. we also put lucky draw. So please think properly before saying anything.

err, ur prices for twin blader and koko is a bit funny ah. twin blader u sell 5 dollar right? i buy from u can? koko also, i need 4. 6 dollar each right? then paying the shops leh boss? then our hardwork for freaking 10 hours at least need to get something what. cmon, u work for 10 hours no sitting down then only get around 20 dollar each person. u work at a restaurant 5 dollar per hour, 4 hour work get 20 dollar already, then got aircon. this one still no aircon. carrying the bottle drinks so heavy somemore lol. cmon lah, give us like some effort money pls. why we put 1 box instead of 2 boxes there, cos we want EVERYONE to be happy. at least they get something. u see, even 2 or 3 losers(i forget) get an SP from their boosters, so at least, everybody happy. i know i understand that some prizes is like a bit funny. but we cant afford yugioh's tournament format. its too good already. u see, those who host are those proffesional hoster like banana and they know that they surely can cover the cost. but its not easy. well, i have no intention to offence anybody here, but i just want those ppl who think the format is really sucks, to be a bit more understanding about the situation lol.
@destinied = go to and fro from the shop lol.
