Uhmm, PSZ and gale are both monsters and not spells. Call is a trap.... And another thing is that I would rather u tk out the call as it might conflict if decree is on the field... Switch it to another lyla for more control

Double Lyla. Don't you think that will make it a little slower? Because the chances of drawing a Royal Decree isn't high. So maybe when call is on the field, Royal may not be. Is there a way to make the Deck faster?

Assuming "faster" = more mills/draws, I suggest playing Card Troopers. Trooper itself is a mill/draw engine by itself, and pumping to 1900ATK is really good.

Here's what I would do:
-1 Call of the Haunted
-3 Beckoning Light (Conflicts with Decree, and you shouldn't focus on getting back Judgment Dragon, since you are playing other boss monsters like Dark Armed Dragon and Chaos Sorcerer.)
+1 Royal Decree
+2 Card Trooper
+1 Lyla, Lightsworn Sorceress

Swap Jain And Caius Out for What... I guess I have to play double lyla then.

U can play royal decree and beckoning light but must take out 3 caius and put 1 zephyros and 2 trooper inside

With so many light and darkness monsters.. Aren't we forgetting everybodys favourite chaos monster? Throw in a Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning!

This is the build i play now. been using this deck for the past 5 months and recently made a few changes like chaos soldier to rev up tge deck with the banlist

Play Trap Dusthoot. In this format, you can be sure everyone is hoarding their hand, instead of blindly setting them. If not, they can eat your heavy storm of MSTs.
Where's your BLS???
Tragoedia is pretty useful as a meatshield. Also convenient for a quick exceed summon, and if you are lucky, do a Trishula or some other stuff.

Take out phantom of chaos for either kycoo or gardna unless you going to play burial from dif dimension
Pot of avarice wont be good for the deck as it can be a dead draw , a twilight deck should be able to control its mill and never over do it

And garoth to 1
Use monster reincarnation for retrieving boss monsters and slight grave manipulation
Yea run 1 mst side 2, dont run 3 straight out unless opponent playing heavy trap decks... Alot people using low trap or chainable traps this format
