k my question is if reaper is targeted by book of moon does reaper effect take place first by destroying itself??

Nope.reaper doesnt die.

After book of boom targets spirit reaper, spirit reaper will be flipped face down and then resolved. Thus, Spirit Reaper in a way doesnt get destroyed.

Other than book of moon, other that targets can destroy spirit reaper.

Correct me if im wrong ^^

as long as an effect targets reaper, after the effect resolves and reaper is still face up on the field, then it will be destroyed.
