super fusion VS chimera tech fortress

i gt a question... about these 2 cards...
If yr opponent special summon cyber dragon or machines that can fuse to chimera tech fortress dragon, after that they declared fusion pile fortress, can u chain super fusion towards as the fusion materials are still on the field and fusion is NOT a COST as i had encountered this in a duel and i said i wanna chain super fusion. i understand that fusion is not a COST thats y i activated super fusion to counter this fortress and named chimera overtech dragon on super fusion...

My opponent is confused but not me as im sure i can chain towards fortress...

Confirm got wrong stuff here.

1. You CANNOT use super fusion to summon chimeratech fortress ever
2. Fusion is not a cost correct, but this is not a fusion in the first place. This is only a special summon. Look below......

So once he declare, its straight away sac one. Like bloo-d. Hence, no chaining no funny business. Otherwise how people can just sac away ladd while I have a dna surgery and a proto cydra on field. If still dont understand, time for you to laugh at yourself liaoz.

i mean i chained super fusion to fusion summon chimera OVERtech dragon the old 1... x800 for each.

Cannot, cause there isnt any chain. Straight away once he declare, its sac alr. Machiam sac for high level.

You want just do it after he summon out the cydra lorz.
