Just fill in the ID no. on the form if you have, if you do not have one just leave it blank . They either issue one on the spot or a later time =)

Um, just go to the venue on the date stated, which is SMU on 15th March, then go register.

If you go late, depending on space and everything they may restrict the number of entries allowed in the tournament

I believe fireowners is referring to the reprinted version of x-saber airbellum. I think because the starter deck 2009 has not been released for a period of time as of the day of the tourney, it's considered to be non-legal for this sunday. So, chances are we won't be seeing beast synchros on sunday.

Well, this is for the Asia tourney to be held in HK. It has nothing to do with the English sets.

i believe extra deck can be different color
for side deck,the reason must be same color cos they dont want to waste time waiting for u change sleeves,too time consuming


if u are using 2nd layer,it must be transparent.U can even play without sleeves if ur deeck is either PURE JAP or pure asia english.

Last question, one of my Compensation of Blood is Asian-English from Starter Deck Kaiba, its description is unclear: At the cost of 500 Life Points per monster, a player is allowed an extra Normal Summon or Set.
Do I have to follow the new rulings for Compensation of Blood or is this version not allowed in this tournament?

u have to follow new rulings and text

You can pay 500 Life Points to Normal Summon or Set 1 extra monster. You can only activate this effect during your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase.

LOOKING FULL RULES FOR WHAT CAN USE OR NOT ??

Certain foil cards are quite bend, even if place in card sleeves. Even no protector is used, then the card can be seen rather clearly? Will those be an issue?

Official ruling states that when the summoned Monster is not in play, the Black Whirlwind is unable to resolve.

Doubt so, though it may give the opponent an advantage. Go con your cards to make it unbend =P

Already mentioned DT cards are not allowed. Only exception is Brionac cos' it was reprinted in Gold Series.
