karakuri bomb question

karakuri bomb:Activate only when a face-up Defense Position "Karakuri" monster is selected as an attack target. Destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls.
example :Player A attack my karakuri monster.I used my karakuri monster effect,changing it to defense
question:can i activate karakuri bomb at this time?

No you cant, it has to be already in defense mode when your opponent declares attack

oh ya and u cant change the monsters battle position at ur opponents turn.

cannot cos the monster is first selected as attack target when it's in attack position. it is onli by its effect then it changes it's position. so u cannot use that card then..

NEWer karakuri monsters is slightly different from old ones regarding to effects...

ok so is the new one is change to attack position old is defend position ok i get it

not necessarily change to attack position. It can be changed into attack position..
when it is selected as attack target in defense then change to attack
when selected in defense then it's changed to attack position..

You're talking crap... or u typo the who atk and def position....

correct la... read carefully.
when the karakuri monster is selected as attack target when its in attack position, it will change to defense.
but when it is in defense position when it is selected as an attack target, it will then change to attack..

get it?? seriously..?? lol

Old Karakuri monsters from STBL
When they are attacked in attack position, they are changed to defense position. When they are attacked in defense position, nothing happens.

New Karakuri monsters from STOR
When they are attacked in attack position, they are changed to defense position. When they are attacked in defense position, they will switch to attack position.
