Is this deck good? Have been playing it for some time, do give some suggestion.

41 cards in your deck? I'd take out 1 strategy of the dark to cut it to 40.

And you got very few light monsters to target for chaos soldier... How often do you get it out?
You could reduce mst to 1 cause you have 3 dark world lightning already lol

Main 3 pot of duality not 3 dragged down to the grave. If you have tour guide, then put it in.

I dont run this deck so I cant speak from experience as I would like to when posting suggestions for improvement. With that in mind, as previously mentioned you should make the deck more consistent, because consistency is the key to winning, by adding more light monsters and making sure that the effects of your cards don't conflict too much. I would figure at least 7 light and 7 dark monsters but other than that I would also try to fit in 1 to 2 Chaos Sorcerer. You seem to be lacking in the traps as well and I would suggestbeefing them up some more so that you can interrupt and interfere with your opponent more. Basic traps that I include in my decks, besides the ones you have, are:
1 Torrential Tribute
2 Solemn Warning
2 Bottomless Trap Hole
3 Compulsory Evacuation Device
