How does this deck works ??

this deck basically use the head effect of arcana the world. that's why I use reversal of fate and L barrier.
it skip ur opponent whole turn if u tribute 2 monster
if u tribute DD SURVIVOR OR SCOUT while macro or dimensional on the fild they'll come back and tribute it again.
which means no turn for ur opponent... not even draw phase.... done

oh...

Considering you have 3x light barriers, how about 2x terraforming to search it into hand?
