Warning: stardust revived

At the end phase, if either Stardust/ Assault mode/ or savior dragon revives stardust dragon or assault mode, can Divine warning be used against it?

Although from what I know, it is summoned by its effect. Solemn judgement cannot be used ,Oppression is able.

Solemn Judgment/Raiou/Inverz Roach cannot be used to negate the summoning of Stardust through Stardust/Assault Mode because those cards cannot be used against an effect that Special Summons which uses the Chain Link. You cannot use these Effects when a Monster is Special Summoned during the resolution of another card.

I was actually meaning to say using Warning to the "effect" that summons the stardust lol.
