valhalla vs solemn warning

Scenario: Valhalla on field and opponent has a set solemn warning. I activate valhalla's effect to special summon hyperion.
Can opponent use solemn warning?
Coz i met people who said solemn can't be open since its valhalla's effect, people who tell me that when activating valhalla's effect, solemn warning could be used, so solemn destroyed and monster still in hand. And still got some people tell me just the hyperion die and valhalla still on field. So is how?

You cannot use Solemn Warning to negate Valhalla in any way.

Activating Valhalla from hand doesnt special summon anything, therefore you cannot activate Solemn Warning.

Activating Valhalla's effect when it is already face up on the field is not the same as "activating a spell card" so you cannot solemn warning that either.

so can solemn warning the hyperion when it is special summoned? And will valhalla be destroyed along with hyperion?

Which part you don't understand? Vahalla effect resolving how do you activate Solemn Warning.
