And thats the correct answer. Even though slightly different, just think of it as a Cyber Dragon. Once summoned, it comes out straight away, with the only optioin out as God D / Oppression and the similar kind of cards. Note: Not summoned via effect as per Cyber Dragon as well, so cannot be chariot. In doubt, go check rulings for Dragon Ice, it is very similar. | |
