royal decree wif emergnecy provision

if i activate a trap( eg. waboku) and opp chains royal decree.
then i chain emergency provision.

wad would happen?
1. gain 1k health and decree is resolved and i eat the damage
OR
2. gain 1k health decree resolve, and i eat no damage due to waboku.

cos royal decree is:
While this card is face-up on the field, negate the effects of all Trap Cards on the field except this card.

then i interpret that.

waboku sent to grave,
so effct of that trap is activated in grave, not field, so effect still resolve.
am i wrong?

FYI, i chosen number 2.

should be number 1 bah. magics and traps effect resolve on the field, den after tat send to the graveyard. so my take would be 1

number one would be the correct answer.

1. waboku activate
2. royal decree activate
3. emergnecy provision activate
4. emergnecy resolves, eat away waboku card tat is on the field
5. royal resolves, negate waboku's effect
6. end of chain

if nt wrong sld be like tat. hope it helps

just treat royal decree like skill drain lo

if the card isnt on field when resolving,all effects will resolve as normal,so u +1k no damage

If you chain Emergency Provisions after activation of a trap card on the field and send it to the graveyard after that, the effect is still negated. The effect of the trap card which you activated on the field is negated and destroyed as long as there is Royal Decree face up on the field at the time it is sent to the graveyard at effect resolution.

actually exiled force effect activates on field and resolve on field.no cards will activate in one place and then resolve in another place.the reason why exiled force works under skill drain is because exiled force is no longer face up on the field when it tributes himself.

royal decree and skill drain doesnt prevent u from ACTIVATION ,u still can activate the card but if the card stays on field DURING RESOLUTION then the card will be negated by those 2.

necro guardna activates and resolves in grave. and yes exiled force works under skill drain if thats what you are asking.

Exile force works the same way as stardust. Its effect resolves in the graveyard, while skill drain only negates effects that resolve on the field. Therefore, exiled force still gets its effect
