this deck cannot make it, its got a severe 'not enough things to show' problem. with this problem all of your chimairs will die probably.
Im still working out on this deck too. if u got ideas please inform me

Other than that, just play a basic Skill Drain beatdown loh. It's difficult to maintain the monsters on the field.

Can one but must cards from outside to make it strong enough to stand alone as a deck.... I have being toying with the idea to use Zombie World... But i dun know if it would work lah.... But they die of too quickly so the can be revive using book of life....

lol? and revive them and u dont have anything to upkeep them and they die again and what are u going to do next? and book of life when u have oppression hanging infront of your face?

Yes you do, cost maintenance cannot be negated by Skill Drain.

"The text "During each of your Standby Phases , destroy this card unless you send 1 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" from your hand to the Graveyard." of "Koa'ki Meiru Valafar" is a Maintenance Cost. It cannot be negated by the effect of "Skill Drain", so you must still pay the Maintenance Cost during your Standby Phases"

I've always thought cost is usually always written write in front so I not sure. So I thought it's effect lol.
