I am Qr (Qian Rui) - Malaysian (Not PR) please advise me i can join the asia championship tournament or not ?

And can i ask for 10 sits for joining Asia Championship for JB (Malaysian player ) ok ?

We cannot join at Malaysia tournament because of '' shop problem'' !!!

If Malaysian player win the tournament , we will give up the representation of Singapore to 2nd winner (If Singaporean) . We just want to try our standard !! Please let us play the tournament same as 'last year' , ok ?
