Registration

- Online registration will be open from 1 March 2013 to 7 March 2013 and will be restricted to 120 players. You are requested to print out the deck list which will be generated after registration. Check the link below for details on how to register online.

- If you are unable to print the deck list, you may collect it from the registration counter on the actual day.
- In the event that there are spots which are open (Due to registered players who do not turn up on time), these open spots will be open to on-site registration for players.
- Note that however, if we somehow do not receive your deck list from Konami and you do not have the print out to prove your entry, you will be required to register on-site which will be subjected to availability.

On-site registration will be open depending on availability. Fill in your decklist and print out to be submitted on-site from 9.45am. Decklist file as follows.

Format for Singapore Qualifiers

5-6 round swiss, cut to top 16 (Number of rounds depending on number of participants)
Top 16 Single Elimination

Rules

1. Deck Construction Rules
Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.

2. Time limit of each match: 35 mins

3. No Fake cards or Proxys allowed in the event.

4. 1st MAR 2013 OCG Ban and Restricted list used in Tournament. Check the link below for detailed list.

Asian English cards are legal.

The following are illegal (unless reprinted in at least one of the above*):

o OCG Duel Terminal 3 and onwards

*If the card is reprinted in at least one of the legal sets, you may use any version of that card. For example, Jurrac Guaiba was reprinted in Tournament Pack 2011 Vol. 3, hence you’re allowed to use the Duel Terminal version of Jurrac Guaiba.


7. Any players who are found cheating or changing of cards during the tournament will be disqualified immediately.

8. All players are to submit their deck list online to register for the tournament prior to the event and ensure that their decks fulfill the rulings above.
*All players are to note that submission of decklists does not mean that responsibility of having a legal deck or not goes to the judges. Players not complying to the deck legality as per above rulings may be disqualified even if already mid game.

9. Only original Konami Deck Protectors can be used with the exception of deck protectors from Duel Disks or character deck protectors which are not allowed to be used in the tournament. [E.g. no Prisma or Starlight Road duel disk deck protectors]

10. Double layer deck protectors are allowed, provided the outer layer must be a transparent deck protector. Players must use same color protectors for their decks, extra deck and side deck. No markings are allowed on protectors.

11. Judges have the right to disqualify duelist who misconduct or violate rules.

12. Judges decision is final.

13. Players who join must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR.

No =\ anything after dt 2 not allowed (dtc is also considered after 3, unless they are already printed before 3)

but pearl and emerald just got reprinted in master guide:/ released today~

Pearl and Emeral are both allowed. They are located under DTC4 -> Duel Terminal Master Guide

Asia 2013 (Singapore) registration is now open! Make sure you register early!

Note: There may be cards missing from the system so please check early and post here so that I can inform Konami about the issue. So yes, early registration is really recommended.

No, only Japanese and Asia English cards are allowed.

Spaces are limited and therefore not sure if there will be space left for on site registration, even though we will open. To be safe you should do online registration. For issues with your ID email in to Konami

Hi everyone, online registration ends by tonight. Please ensure you complete your online registration.

To all online registrants, we will print out the submitted decklist. Please collect the decklist then head to the registration counter by 9.45am. You may want to also print out your decklist which Konami provides after registration to check and ensure there are no errors in the printout.

With regards to on-site registration, it will be open on limited availability basis after 9.45am. (Depending on space left after online registrants have arrived) Please download the decklist in the link below and fill in using your computer then print out for on-site registration.

Are we allowed to amend our decklists on the morning itself for any last minute changes to cards?

Also, if the above is not allowed, could we then print out and prepare a newer decklist using the on-site registration template and request for our previous decklist to be scrapped and replaced with the newer one?
