Tournament at Thousand Taste Trading on 19th November 2011, Saturday.

Registration Time:
1pm to 2pm

Warm-up period:
1pm all the way to 2.20pm.

Start Time:
2.30pm on the dot. Please try not to be late!

Entry/Registration Fee: $8.00
1 can drink will be given to each participant upon registration or before start of competition, as well as 1 Order Of Chaos Booster Pack.

Tournament format: Single Elimination with best of 3 per match(Pairing is detemined on day of tournament)

Prizes Are Subjected To Change Depending On Turnout Of Tournament

Rules:

1. Min 40 cards Max 60 cards, Side deck of up to 15 cards, Extra Deck of 0 to 15 cards.
2. Time limit of each round: 40 mins
3. No Fake cards or Proxys are allowed in the event.
4. 1st SEP 2011 OCG Ban and Restricted list applies in Tournament.
5. 19th March 2011 Priority Ruling in effect.
6. All language of Yugioh cards allowed in Tournament including TCG Exclusive, Premium pack/Promo cards and DT cards
7. The side of your Protector showing your card must be TRANSPARENT.
8. Cheating/Unruly Behavior/Poor Sportsmanship/Violation of rules/Misconduct will result in immediate disqualification and revoke of all rights and prizes upon judges and store-owner's decision.
9. Organizer and judges retain all rights to any decision making
10. Tourney will strictly adhere to official OCG rulings.

I second that.

I think you should either lower your entry fee, add an additional door gift or increase the prizes. For an entry fee of $10, I dun rlly think many people will go to your tournament as it is not really worth it compared to places like Lorong Ah Soo and Jcube

Ur price is seriously bad.....firstly top 6 is very hard to cut and very hard to fight.....secondly why would i come here if ahsoo is 8 dollars plus free drink and gd prizes like daigusta emeral...

why ur entance fee so ex?? can cheaper?

Thank you for providing constructive feedback. As we have not organised tournaments for a long time, we do not have really much experience about organizing tournaments. We will make certain necessary changes to ensure that it meets the requirements and expectations of today's players.

Then if you could, please suggest a good prize as we have not yet stock up on the latest DT series and we do not open packs so we dont have the bests of cards such as trishula, brionac, pot of duality and whatever else that is deemed as good to you. The rest such as entry fee etc is self-explanatory.

Well, something VERY hot in demand is Lavalval Chain. Host that as the grand prize, and expect a huge turnup. Smile

It's a DT Ultra/Secret. It's value is quite high, so just a heads-up.

One more thing, never ever put a $8 tourney as single eli unless you are playing in sanctioned tourney... No body would want to join and scrub 1st round and pay $8 for a can of drink which can cost 80cents

Umm in case u dun have eyes, the entry fee is now $8, and we are still working on the prizes and format. Also, it was not my decision but my boss. I am just the middleman in charge of posting whatever he writes on the paper. If u got any unhappiness please go tell him, not on this wall as it ain't gonna help. I'm not the guy with the cash who can go around buying prizes for the tourney.

This post is now closed. Tourney is placed on hold until we can obtain the prizes you ppl desire so much. Thank you for those who have provided constructive feedback and no thanks to those who did not. Date of the tourney will be pushed back to a later date if we cannot find the prizes by 16th november 2011.
