Your opinion on my Blackwing Chaos Deck

Greetings fellow Yu-Gi-Oh Duelist in Singapore!

I would like you to give an opinion on my decklist, maybe provide me with some critical comments on how to better improve my deck because I feel that this is the best I can do with it.

Oh sorry, the aim of my deck is to synchro summon lots of synchro monsters so as to make a quick finish of my opponent and bring out Red Nova Dragon (partially). In order to summon Red Nova Dragon, I use Blizzard, Mistral, Bora, and Kochi. So my deck revolves around protecting this combo as well as getting these cards from my decks using cards such as Black Whirlwind, Allure of Darkness, etc. I also use monster reborn and monster return cards so as to revive destroyed synchro monsters and blackwings in my graveyard.

Basically that is the aim of this deck, hopefully this provides enough information for you to make a comment about my decklist.

Against the wind can hurt.
-Dark eruption (horrible -1 that can't really net you anything, might as well monster reincarnation)
-Against the Wind
-Sakuretsu (why use this when you have D-prison?)
+1 Duality
+2 D-prison or 1 BtH 1 Dprison

And Kochi can be dead sometimes. -both for Sirrocos

One duality now enough for sure. Put in 2-3
