You'll always have beat sticks with this deck and you'll always have tribute fodder. Plus if your opponent doesn't attack, which gets locked down they lose their monsters.

+2 Starlight Road

Why would I want to take out 3 Macro?
D. Fissure stops Stardust so Starlight Road might not be a good choice unless I build a more traditional Monarch deck.

GK's Servant+Macro Cosmos/D. Fissure=opponent can't have any face-up monsters and even as an incomplete combo it still prevents attacking.

Definitely agree on the Terraforming though.

shuld play geartown variant your deck only has to field spells if opponent loves to bomb cards which many cards can do ur deck dies also u forget tcg have chaos hunter and also ur deck very vunerable to destruction and bouncing u also lack a backup plan in case u cannot sp example being first turn krystia

Yeah, I've updated this idea but it evolved into D.D. Malefic Drain. I'll just start a new thread since I totally removed the Monarch aspect (don't know what I was thinking, lol).

just make the deck concept simpler like malefic drain
