| D.D. Survivor x3 Caius x2 Raiza x2 Kuraz x2 Dark Dust Spirit x1 Cyber Valley x3 Battle Fader x3 Helios - The Primordial Sun x2 Crystal Seer x1 D.D. Scout Plane x1
Spells (15)
Enemy Controller x3 Dimensional Fissure x3 Soul Exchange x1 Instant Fusion x1 Gravekeeper's Servant x3 D.D. Reincarnation x2 Reinforcement of the Army x1 Dark Hole x1
Traps (5)
Macro Cosmos x3 Torrential Tribute x1 Solemn Judgement x1
Extra Deck (1)
Ojama Knight x1
Things to try:
Gale - The Whirlwind x1 Solemn Warning x2 (if I can get them)
Its basically Macro Monarchs but with more Lockdown and draw power then normal. You use Kuraz to draw yourself cards by destroying himself and then D.D.Ring him back and poping D.D.R and himself again for more cards. Use Raiza for offense or to put D.D>R back on top of your deck for more draw power.
Please Note the following as well: the OCG ruling where Royal Oppression always negates Macro Cosmos doesn't apply in TCG as it's an unknown quantity whether Helios will be special summoned or not.

| I'd play 3 Caius and 3 Raiza, but that's just me. Mobius is great too, but Starlight Road can be a bitch. So it's up to you, really. | |

| Starlight doesn't bother me too much because Macro Cosmos and D Fissure eat Stardust since he can't come back if he's rfp'd. Plus the only thing that actually destroys cards is Dark Dust Spirit and I only run one. I'm really tempted to run more Monarchs but as is sometimes I draw too many tribute summons and not enough non-tribute summons. Kuraz is also very important for draw power and card destruction if I'm going for game since I can discard him with D.D.R to special summon him, gaining his effect. I'm definitely siding another Caius and Raiza though, so thanks for the suggestion. Changes made: -1 Scout Plane (finding it's a dead draw and clogs the field too fast) +1 Crystal Seer (increased draw power) | |

| Local lingo... Lol, let me 'translate'. I think he means when there is no macro cosmos or d fissure on the field, a stardust dragon summoned by starlight road cannot be returned to the field from the graveyard.
Oh and try thunder king rai-oh instead of helios. It would give you more control. helios is too situational.

| Kuraz is quite a good choice actually, So far from what I'have seen is either 6 or 7 monarchs works well | |
