Tech Genus Halberd Cannon vs fader and gorz

Can Tech Genus Halberd Cannon negate the summon of Battle fader or/and Gorz ?

Tech Genus Halberd Cannon

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Synchro Summon. Once per turn, you can negate the Summon of a monster, and destroy it. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can select 1 "T.G." monster in your Graveyard, and Special Summon it.

Battle Fader

When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack, you can Special Summon this card from your hand and end the Battle Phase. If this card is Special Summoned with this effect, remove it from play when it is removed from the field.

Gorz the Emissary of Darkness

When you take damage from a card your opponent controls while you control no cards, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Then activate the appropriate effect, based on the type of damage:
● Battle Damage: Special Summon 1 "Emissary of Darkness Token" (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 7/ATK ?/DEF ?). Its ATK and DEF are each equal to the amount of battle damage you took.
● Effect Damage: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the damage you took.

I'm pretty sure you can't negate Gorz with TG Halbert Cannon due to the fact that TG Halbert Cannon's negation effect is worded like Thunder King Rai Ho's. And Thunder King Rai Ho's effect of negating doesn't work during the damage step so.....

Not too sure about Fader though.
