Its like already halfway during the duel n this scenario happens:

Turn 10: Player A has a face down and a laquari then end turn

Turn 11: Player B sp cyber d,normal summon gale synchro stardust,then declares an attack,Player A activates Claymore dud targeting Stardust and his own laquari,when laquari is destroyed stardust should be destroyed by claymore dud effect.

Question: Can stardust negate claymore dud effect?

claymore dud's destruction effect doesnt use the chain, hence stardust cannot negate it. nor can starlight road etc.

same as wasteland tornado?

wasteland tornado uses the chain, hence stardust can negate it.

Claymore Dud destruction effect is a resolution effect. When "Widespread Dud" is removed from the field, its effect to destroy the targeted monsters does not start a Chain Link. This means Stardust Dragon's effect cannot be chained to Claymore Dud.
