Machina Fortress

if you have 1 Machina Fortress in your hand and u use its effect discard Machina Fortress from your hand to your graveyard to Special Summon the Machina Fortress that you threw into the graveyard.

Simplyfier:Hand 1 fortress(Grave NONE) > use effect of fortress > discard fortress into graveyard > special summon it onto field.

Nope. Fortress itself is Level 7, and isn't enough to meet the requirement to special summon himself. Though if you have another Machine to discard alongside that Fortress, it is fine.
