Tachikaze deck

I would like to know wat are we doing when we are using a tachikaze deck , for kagero it is retiring your rear-guard , riding to a higher grade faster , den wat exactly is tachikaze ??

sacrificing ur allies to have a higher attacking power and at the same time u can also counterblast for the different units ( skyptera, dragon egg) to get it back to ur hand also to add defence >< while some untis are to die and counterblast and search from ur deck for a 10k defence like ( blightops dies and counterblast one to search for iron wall, shieldon [10k shield] >< hope u understand and cheers!! NOTE : tachikaze deck is hard to use ... so u might take weeks to master the technique .. tried before >< cheers!!
