Can use the Armageddon Knight together with Jinzo for quick Jinzo abuse. If going the long route of using Future Fusion, use Armageddon Knight with Synchro Fusionist and Junk Synchron
2 Cyber Dragons and 2 Antique Gear Dragon will be sufficient

Sin Cyber End blocks off alot of your own attacks. Considering your deck is built to flood field and OTK, its not useful. You should mainly use it in decks that control and have few monsters
Can consider using Zombie Carrier / Ally Genex Birdman for tuners to abuse with the Jinzos. Especially making Scrap Dragons to shoot off Geartowns is good
Spells:
Terraforming for quick Geartown spamming
Foolish Burial for quick Jinzos, add on Reinforcement if using Armageddon Knight
This build typically can consider Megamorph at 1 copy, no more
Enemy Controller as a defensive mechanism as well as to turn defense mode monsters to attack for you to hit over is good here
Traps:
Mirror Force not very good since your monsters will be big and not much people can hit over them
Magical Silk Hats can be considered to abuse Geartown
Transmigration Prophecy can be considered to shut down various decks like Junk Doppel while allowing you to reuse Geartowns

1.Well i put malefic cyber end dragon more of dumping fooder for machina fortress,
it does clog up my hand some times so i think i will remove and change it to some of your suggestions

2.Hmm junk synchron plus synchro fusionist is good for getting future fusion out fast but i only have 2 targets
Should i add another overload fusion?
3. Ancient gear dragons will be reduced to 2
4. cyber dragon leave it at 2/3? Cyber dragon can be my beater as i dont have much normal summonable good beaters
5. scrap dragon blowing up gear town is something that i should really be doing lol
so +1 plaguespreader zombie
6. Should i leave the random meklord in the deck? i hardly draw it so yea i cant tell if it helps
7. i tested before Armageddon knight but i first have to dump jinzo before jinzo returner so i need to summon it twice to allow it to be really useful.
8. Transmigration Prophecy is in my side deck. Using it to chain if people using POA, junk synchron, etc
9. Saw magical hats before, it was in the geartown tips, How many should i add???
