Tuner?Effect Monster?

Hi all, if you all have noticed right..do you think Konami has contradicted themselves when printing the tuner monsters?If you have noticed, although the border of the tuner monsters (eg. Clevonce, Psycho Commander etc.) are all in brown but under the text it doesn't write 效果..which can be found on all effect monsters..doesn't that mean the tuners would somehow be equal to a normal monster instead?

Anyone have any answers to help clarfiy this?

oh X y and Z oso have ar?didnt know..just find it weird why konami didnt print in tht text

but union monster owaes states the same text, equip to the monster, unequip or add atk.

i thk maybe what konami implies to us is what colour the card is print as will equal what type of card it belongs to..

Imagine color blind ppl play..not offending those who are really colour blind..but tht way all mosnter they use can play sia..cool

I think it was meant for it to be understood, by the color of the card, that's why they didn't print it. Not all tuner monsters have effects, you know. Though ALL union monsters, like the XYZ do.

ya but will it kill them to at least print the word "effect" on the card...

Tuner does not equal to effect monster..... So yes, there are tuner monsters which are normal monsters at the same time....

For V-Z, only the effect monsters happen to have union written on the effect monsters anyway. W (or V, cant remember which) and X which happen to be the normal monsters, are not union monsters anyway... You know why? Cause in this case, the union is considered an effect... Same goes for spirit monsters, etc

ermm jus to say...one such tuner is a normal tuner monster can be found in the first 5D starter ... ( means u never buy tts why u ask this question...not syncro hardcore like me lol)
