combine WE draw more and more

Veil of darkness: if u draw a dark attribute monster during yr draw phase, u can reveal to the noob in front of u and draw 1 more.

Heart of the underdog: during yr draw phase , when u draw a normal monster, show it to the noob in front of u and draw 1 more card.

If i have 1 veil of darkness and heart of gou lian ( lol ) on my field.
Draw phase i draw a normal dark attribute monster, can i activate both veil and heart to draw 2 cards?

As i noe that having 2 heart of the underdog makes no difference , still draw 1.

But 2 different cards here can i draw???

i think can...cos those 2 cards requirement is nt same^^
but still don noe la...

i suppose it will work on chain.... because it is 2 different cards... not very sure, will check it out

Err...that reminds me of Banana's exodia deck - anyway i thought that time Banana told you if you have two heart of gou lian , you will draw two from their effects but dont really stack as in (even if within the next two card you draw have a normal monster .. the normal monster that you draw must be the first card because both heart of gou lian's effect only trigger on the card you draw < next draw or the card you draw next>) both copies of heart of gou lian 's effect only applies on the specific card that you gonna draw next .

so suppose put chain 1 chain 2 this way... after that all gets confusing.

Its someting like having 3 card of safe return, then a monster reborn etc, card of safe return chain 1 ,2,3 to draw 3 instead of 2...

Hi all. Maybe this will explain things more clearly.

Taken from UDE:
" Missing the Timing: Suppose you have 3 copies of “Heart of the Underdog” on the field, and draw a Normal Monster Card during your Draw Phase. All 3 copies of “Heart of the Underdog” immediately activate their effects, and because they activate simultaneously, they form a chain with Chain Links 1, 2, and 3. If you draw a Normal Monster card for Chain Link 3 or Chain Link 2, your copies of “Heart of the Underdog” do not activate again. This is because they are “when… you can” optional Trigger Effects, and you “miss the timing” because you drew the Normal Monster Card during a chain and not as Chain Link 1. However, if you draw a Normal Monster Card for Chain Link 1, all 3 copies of “Heart of the Underdog” will activate their effects again."

So thats mean you CAN DRAW MORE THAN 1 CARD when you have multiple copies of Heart of the Underdog and/or Veil of Darkness.

However, if you want to draw extra cards again, it will depend on which card effect you choose to activate for chain 1 (They are all optional effects, you can choose which card to activate. It is the same for Card of Safe Return and MOBC when you try to revive the MOBC). Of course, it would not matter if you have the same card (Heart of the underdog or Veil of Darkness) on field.

It may be a little confusing in the way I phrased it now. Ask if in doubt.

Sounds a little confusing.... lol.

If I am not wrong, both of them are optional trigger effects. This means that only one of them will resolve into an effect at the end of the chain. This is exactly the same as Dimension Magic (Destroy monster) and Dark Magician of Chaos (Return spell). The last thing that happened has to be that OPTIONAL trigger effect or the OPTIONAL trigger effect would "MISS THE TIMING".

I have 3 Heart of Underdog and 2 Veil of Darkness. I draw one dark normal monster. All 5 effects triggers and I chain it this way; Heart1, Veil1, Heart2, Heart3, Veil2. So, when I resolve, its Veil2, Heart3, Heart2, Veil1, Heart1. In this case, I could only draw 1 more card because of Heart1 (if I get a NORMAL monster). The rest of them would have all missed their appropriate timing.

Ahh i see a mistake

Veil of Darkness--> if u draw a DARK monster, u can reveal it to your opponent and send it to the grave to draw 1.

Anyway, u can activate all the copies of heart and veil to draw, but only the last card u draw from the entire chain is eliglible to start a new chain.

Eg. Draw Phase-->u draw a DARK vanilla. Show opponent and discard. Activates 2 Heart and 1 Veil.
Draw 3.
The last card u draw is another DARK vanilla. Show and discard.
Draw 3.
Last card u draw is NOT DARK vanilla.
Loop Ended.

Exceptions:

If Reload is played, all the cards u draw are considered to be drawn at the same time. So only 1 of them nid to be DARK vanilla to start the chain.
