no,the tricky is a cost to activate its effect..u can use other cards like dark world dealings,into the void,card d, drill warrior,morphing jar

Then is (fabled valkyrus) use activate darkworld effect ?


the eff is "Once per turn ,you can discard 1 fiend type monster to draw 1 card "

Valkyrus is a cost as well, so no activation for Dark World monsters.
