Undead deck ( based on the new starter)

ok...I had never played undead before...but i think undead has potential with the new starter..it always had...anyway I have yet to purchase my decks but this will be the deck i will be building...anyone who has 3 deck pls try out tis deck and let me know the flow.....do understand this is not a sure win deck...but its more of a theme fun deck....

those who know me will know that Calvin never make decks to win...but decks to stress pple haha

I don understand how can one build a deck of 40 based on undead...there are too much cards to put in....

Undead was topping during the Monarch era (last format), until DAD took to the field. It has always been good, just that it's not as destructive as many decks in today's meta.

Undeads work alot better without the new field spell. The field card slows them down more than it actually helps. Field cards are easily destroyed, that's one, plus a deck which is built around a field spell is dreadfully fragile...

Only level 5+ monsters you should be running are about 2 Red Eyes Undead Dragon along with a lone Ryu Kokki or two. Seeing as OCG Extra Pack may have Il Blud, you may want to put 1 of each monster.

The Black Knight is to counter other zombies. It's a sidedeck card IF zombies every became a serious threat to the meta. Scrap all of them along with Death Lacooda and toss in 3 Giant Rats (To get out Turtles) and 3 Golbin's Zombie. Running trooper isn't a bad idea seeing as you'll go for the mill, but Grepher is a nice choice.

Mezuki is another good monster, stuff in 3 or 2 if you like. It's a beat stick along with a Book of Life, this card can replace a few copies of the Book.

Call of the mummy is an extremely situational card. Zombies focus on swarming from the grave. Call of the Mummy is a dead draw most of the time.

It's a huge wall of text, but here's how a basic zombie build would be:

Running cold wave isn't a bad idea, seeing Zombies lack their own field clearing monsters.

Creature Swap is a key card, with Undead Dragon, you get a hell load of advantage.

cos its a basic deck made up for 3 starters...no point looking for vamp lord or cards tt are ex....

for me is throw in 3 undead world, 1 disguy , 3 creature swap put tuner zombie monsters, remove kokki and il blud, put in 3 red eyes undead.

for extra pile , use synchro that supports yr deck.
