SD21 Devil's Gate exclusive cards cannot be used.

Deck Construction Rules
All Deck, Side Deck & Extra Deck to strictly adhere to the Official Konami March 2011 Forbidden and Limited Card List.
Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.

Card Legality
Only legally distributed Japanese cards are legal for use in sanctioned tournaments in Asia (excluding Japan and South Korea), namely:

* Booster Pack
* Duelist Pack
* Extra Pack
* Gold Series
* Tournament Pack
* Premium Pack 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 13
* Yu-Gi-Oh: Super Fusion! Bonds That Transcend Time Movie Pack
* Starter Deck / Structure Deck
* Video Game Promotional Cards
* World Ranking Promotional Cards

Asian English cards are legal.

The following are illegal (unless reprinted in at least one of the above*):

* Premium Pack 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 11, 12
* Limited Edition Pack
* Duel Disk Promotional Cards
* Duel Terminal
* Anniversary Pack
* Shueisha Promotional Cards
o Weekly Jump
o V Jump
o Valuable Book
o Master Guide
o Video Game Guide
o Yu-Gi-Oh! Manga
o Yu-Gi-Oh! R Manga
o Yu-Gi-Oh! GX Manga
o Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D Manga

*If the card is reprinted in at least one of the legal sets, you may use any version of that card. For example, Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier was reprinted in Gold Series 2009, hence you’re allowed to use the Duel Terminal version of Brionac.

Erm qualifiers need to post the decklist online also? lol? up till now no one inform me or xm what we need to do...

I have just asked the organisers.

Winners of the 4 qualifiers will have to submit their decklist before registration dateline on 29th of June. Please submit to shop owner of CardMaster, Ah Kit.

To clarify, the procedure for the remaining players will be as follows:

1. Submit online registration.
2. Arrive on day of event on time, check your decklist. Any minor adjustment will be allowed before 9:50am, before attendance for event is confirmed.
3. Confirm attendance before 9:50am.
4. Nationals to commence on 10:00am.

Onsite-registration will only be open should there be less than 64 participants confirming their attendance. Please prepare decklist beforehand if you intend to try your luck for onsite-registration.

Yeah, but was just browsing, the website states you can "Apply Now".

yeah the web says you can apply now, but when u enter. there is a section that requires you to choose between hk, tw, and tw qualifier. what happen?

maybe what jess is saying is that, online accepts only 64. there may be walk in allowed on that day. and online may accept more.

let me make this clear.....

there are 100+ of u gonna register
there are only 64 slots for that day

obviously the 1st 64 who line up/camp outside will get the seats,priority will be given to those register online.There will be no walk in.

hi here to ask, when registering online. They say choose country/region.

However I do not see singapore in any of it. I only saw

1) Hong Kong 香港

2) Taiwan Kaoxiong Pre 台灣高雄預選

3) Taiwan 台灣決賽


which one is the correct one to select? Or do i have to wait till they fix this problem and Singapore appears? =)

U have to wait for singapore to appear, apparently konami working hours does not include midnight lol

Have just received further updates from organiser.

Onsite registration is totally off. This means no walk-in registration.
Minor adjustment of decklist will not be allowed on the day of event.
