Only Duelist born on 1996 onwards are allowed to join.

Time: 2.30pm (1.30pm start registration)

If 16 or more people - Top 8 Prize:-
- 1 No.39 Aspiring Emperor Hope (Jap)
- 1 Dandylion (English)
- 1 Power Tool Dragon (English)
- 1 Ancient Fairy Dragon (English)
- 1 Red Nova Dragon (Jap)
- 1 T.G Halberd Cannon (Jap 3D)
- 1 Pack of Duelist Revolution (Jap)
- 1 Pack of KMC Mini Protector

Lucky Draw Prizes: Dice Roll
- 1 Pack of 'Duelist Pack 8 : Yusei Fudo'
- 1 T.G Hyper Librarian

Format: Swiss pairings using Mantis/Computerized Pairing System
(No. Swiss Rounds will be made known before the tournament starts.)

Rules:
1. Min 40 cards Max 60 cards, Side deck of up to 15 cards, Extra Deck of 0 to 15 cards.
2. Time limit of each round: 40 mins
3. No Fake cards or Proxys allowed in the event.
4. 1st MAR 2011 OCG Ban and Restricted list used in Tournament.
5. 19th March 2011 Priority Ruling in effect.
6. All language of Yugioh cards allowed in Tournament including TCG exclusive.
7. The side of your Protector showing your card must be TRANSPARENT.
8. All standard rules of Trading Card Games.
9. Side Deck not allowed for this event.
