Great deck overall. Here's what I have to say:

The monster lineup is a bit iffy. I would take out a merchant and a watchdog for two more Kuicks. Kuick is a great card and can be popped after synchro summoning a Burei/Bureido. You can then swing over a monster with Kuick and summon back your tuner in order to synchro again, and actually GAIN card advantage. It's a really great and versatile card, and at 1700 attack is one of your only 4-stars that can fend for itself on the battlefield. I would also try to make room for a Muso "Haipa" or two, it's really great beater and its effect can also trigger Bureido on the turn you summon it, and maybe take out Summoner Monk for a Barrel, which is a good stall card and can widen your Synchro horizons.

As for your spells, I really like Instant Fusion at three. I usually run Duality at 2 but hey, when it comes to Duality there's no such thing as too much. I would however spring for a 3rd Karakuri Anatomy, it's fantastic draw power, especially when played early in the game. You might want to take out a Cash Cache, while it's a great searcher, you need a Karakuri on the field for it to be of any use. I also like the My Body tech, its a great card, and when you're not running any Judgments or Warnings, it's easy to make space for the -1500.

Traps are great, I run three decree as well. Shuts down a lot of great decks.

That's all, I wish you good luck with this deck. Karakuris are a really amazing archetype.
