Effect of No 39. Aspiring Emperor Hope (Utopia)

I have encountered this scenario more than once.

You cannot use Hope's effect in response to the activation of Mirror Force/Dimension Prison (or similar cards where you activate during
attack declaration).

Because Hope's effect is Spell Speed 1! (Surprise!)

Ｑ：相手の《次元幽閉》に対して、この効果をチェーンして攻撃を止めることはできますか？
Ａ：いいえ、この効果は誘発効果でスペルスピード１ですので、《次元幽閉》にチェーンをして発動することができません。(11/03/19)

Even if you think you are cool and activated Hope's effect using your turn player priority while attacking, your opponent can chain using Dimension Prison and still remove Hope.

Ｑ：自分のモンスターの攻撃宣言時に効果を発動し、相手はそれにチェーンして《次元幽閉》を発動することはできますか？できる場合、このカードは除外されますか？
Ａ：発動でき、逆順処理で攻撃が無効になる前に攻撃を行った自分のモンスターは除外されます。(11/03/19)
