Sirocco's Effect

I already have an answer in mind but wish to confirm.


Field = Sirocco A + Sirocco B + Vayu
Activate A effect on Vayu ---> vayu atk = 4800
Activate B effect o the same Vayu---> vayu atk = ?

Qns: what is Vayu's attack?
Qns: can Vayu attack?

activate a, vayu's attack => 800 + 2000 + 2000 = 4800
activate b, vayu's attack => 4800 + 2000 + 2000 = 8800
and yes, finally, vayu can still attack. cos both sirocco's effect are targeting the same monster

so if i have 2 sirocco A & B on my field only.

then A effect targeting B (atk = 4000)
then B effect targeting B (atk = 6000 right?)
and B will be able to attack yes?
