1. Swiss pairings using Mantis/Computerized Pairing System

2. 4 rounds Swiss pairings (Strictly due to time issues)

3. Top 8 playoffs

Rules

1. Min 40 cards Max 60 cards, Side deck of up to 15 cards, Extra Deck of 0 to 15 cards.
2. Time limit of each round: 40 mins
3. No Fake cards or Proxys allowed in the event.
4. 1st MAR 2011 OCG Ban and Restricted list used in Tournament.
5. There will be no priority ruling in this tournament.
6. All language of Yugioh cards allowed in Tournament including TCG exclusive.
7. The side of your Protector showing your card must be TRANSPARENT.
8. All standard rules of Trading Card Games.

The new priority ruling, or rather the lack of priority, takes effect on 19 March.

Just check on the tournament date for further information.

is there a mini tournament on friday march 18?

for those of ya bruddas who are still confused on the new ruling :

there is still player priority, the only difference in the new ruling is that ignition of monster effects cannot be activated in chain to a summoning

sorcerer, brionac and friends are ignitions, therefore you cannot activate their effects as chain 1 after summoning

caius, trishula and friends are triggers, as long you've met the conditions you will still be able to activate their effects as chain 1 after summoning

for example :

if you summon lumina, you will still have the priority right to chain non-ignition monster effects like torrential tribute and friends

don't be confused with no priority and no 1st chain ignition, google it and you'll understand more on the new ruling

no one is confused with the new ruling.

Basically, if the monster states "When this card is ____ summonned.." that's trigger. If it's just an effect which you can activate anytime in your main phase, it's ignition. Although there are some exceptions, this about sums it up I guess.

Only 24 people joined!? WTF. Now I totally regret going to Ah Soo shop, haha. The 36 slots 'rule' scared me all the way to Hougang. =(
