Replacement destruction

The following are 2 case
1. opp got shien and grandmaster, i activate dark hole, supposely if opp do not negate, will he be able to use grandmaster to replace shien??

2.opp got machiner fortress, equipped with gearframe.
i synchro-ed my debris and dandy to form blackrose, and acitvates it effect. what will be destroyed in this case?
a.all 3 cards(fortress,gearframe and blackrose gets destroyed.
b.only blackrose and gearframe.
c.NONE OF THE ABOVE.

any1 mind to clarify why would like for example case 1 be not possible and whye case 2 can have answer as a/b/c?

cos according to a judge from the asia plus tourney,it was said that when i blackrose a machiner fortress equipped with gearframe, only gearframe gets killed, due to time constrictions then, he didn't really clarify why so.
so thus, i wuld like to noe the exact reason.
sorry for any unclear phrases or word, do ask me if anyt in the question is unclear, i will try my best to bring out my main point in the question.

1. No. The replacement effect is on resolution. Dark hole destroys the whole field, so on resolution u have nth to replace

2. ~~Suppose to be destroy everything =\ It should be like the shien's repalcement effect~~
gearframe effect is compuslary, so wont die, the 65 replace effects are all optional, so cannot replace
