pretty easy to carry out get mind master with emergancy teleport or one for one have another psychic in your hand and brain research lab and draw out your deck

If I read correctly, he wanted a deck that USES EXVC PSYCHIC CARDS.......

I am in the mist of testing a psychic deck using the EXCV cards...but can only post the list up tis fri onwards as I am waitin for fren to deck test with me...
