Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Cards of all language may be used.

er, from wad i noe all tourney can use six sam and can side, EXCEPT those that have shop rules.

Haha i didnt even play with my watt deck. I was buying cards to build it. Haha, we play again some time ba, kind of rebuilt it, working now.
