Deck Construction Rules
All Deck, Side Deck & Extra Deck to strictly adhere to the Official Konami September 2010 Forbidden and Limited Card List.
Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck no allowed for this event.
Cards of all language may be used.
Double layer deck protector are allow provided the outer layer must be a transparent deck protector. Including your Extra Deck.

Please be reminded as the Junior Tournament falls after the New Year, only participants born after 1997 will be allowed to participate.

At this point in time, on behalf of CardMaster, I thank all the junior players who have "graduated" for their support of the Junior Tournament in the past two months of the year.

theres school so... starting at times like 3+ will lead to low participant count. IMO, start at around 4+? coz by the time school ends n kids will hav ample time to come to the place punctually.

wah now only 13 and below... i think will not hv a lot of ppl join coz last time mostly who join is 14, and 13 and below very little

where got 13 and below. After new year ( 2011 ) 14 => 15 , 13 => 14. right ?

i appreciate your concern regarding this issue. This is one reason why we changed the Junior Tournament from the original tuesdays to fridays. most schools end early on fridays too, unless for special reasons they have to stay back in school. This is the first Junior Tournament when school starts, lets see hows the actual response will be like on the day itself rather than spectaculating it now.

But more than 50% of secondary school have CCA's on Fridays so we stay till 6pm at most in school, so damn, not many students like me can go.

yea . most of the school cca are on fridays .

Mayb can consider making the prize more attractive so more ppl would join and ppl would gain more experience as i have notice that previously was the same few ppl and they hav graduated

However, this is the first of the Junior Series to be held in 2011. It will serve as a guideline and reference to the direction that the Junior Series will take in the year.

We understand that some CCAs have activities on Fridays, but it is impossible to have a schedule that fits everyone without interfering with other arrangements. In view of this and other factors, the management have decided on Friday afternoons for the moment. Adjustments can be expected if continuous poor attendance is observed.
