Spell Speed 1 : Normal Magic, Continuous Spells, Equip Spells...etc (Definitely on chain link 1 cuz they are the slowesst of all speed...)

Spell Speed 2: Quick Play Spells, Traps, monster effects like stardust dragon... (Continuous, ...(Chain-able cards)

Spell Speed 3: Counter Traps...
