I am not a Blackwing pro, but here's what I would do.

-1 Blackwing - Fane the Steel Chain
-2 Blackwing - Elphin the Raven
-1 Blackwing - Breeze the GG WIND
+1 Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn
+1 Blackwing - Blizzard the Far North
+1 Blackwing - Vayu the Emblem of GG
+1 Solidarity (Should have at least 2. 2 at most as well.)

-2 Blackwing - Backlash (5 BWs in graveyard isn't the easiest thing to achieve.)
+1 Icarus Attack (3 is compulsory! It's the heart and soul.)
+1 Allure of Darkness

-2 Black Return (Situational. You have to Sp.Summon first.)
+1 Torrential Tribute (BETTER! )
+1 Royal Oppression

Add royal oppression to stop synchro. I assume you are not synchroing if you are using Solidarity.

How does royal oppression work in this deck? I mean, bf special summons, won't royal oppression backfire?

people dont special summon in a bf deck too much nowadays coz u want to confirm u can win with special summon if not ur hand is at disavantage so it dosent hurt bf too much and vayu still can synchro in grave

so how can i edit my deck so that it wont get hit by royal oppression that much?

just remove all the fanes , elphins and breeze. breeze is dead draw if in ur hand. and put some searchers and dark armed
run more vayu around 2/3.
