You're just increasing your chances of losing by adding totally dead-draws such as SKY SCOURGE NARLERAS and TRADE-IN with the only target being the two SKY SCOURGE NARLERAS. Phantom is usually not for OTKs. You need a couple of turns to get a SKY SCOURGE NARLERAS in the grave, AND a phantom of chaos on the field, AND enough blackwings to deal the killing blow, I highly doubt you'll be able to pull everything off in one turn.

In the cn you can just take the game using a standard blackwing build and trash the other competiturrent metagame, you do not attempt to compete based on "top-decking". Top decking means your hand and field are both empty and you are relying on the top card on your deck to survive. THIS IS NOT A GOOD SITUATION TO BE IN. Why build a deck centered around getting yourself into such a risky situation....
