magician deck . not very sure pls help me edit decklist thx

I am not veh good at magicians . So the decklist may be a bit ... lousy ._.

This deck is a magician deck LOL . Um ... the combo of this deck is to get magician Valkyria out equipped w/ mist body . Thus it cannot be destroyed by battle and onli this could be the attack target . Then i will use skilled dark magician to special summon dark magician . Dark magicians are for tribute for soccerer of black magic . Den i will use monster reborn to reborn it for dark eradicator warlock . The Secret village of the spellcasters also shall be in the field w/ soccerer of black magic so oppements cant use spell nor trap . W/ dark magician in the graveyard , i will tribute summon dark magician girl w/ an attack of 2600 atk . And magic formula will increase the atk of it . This deck is basically a lockdown deck as the main combo is not letting your oppement using any spell or trap and win him by attacking force .

I am wondering should i add another dark magician or magic drain ?
Or should i play dark paladin ?
Or should i play royal decree as it will be faster den soccerer of black magic ?

You have quite a few support for Dark Magician, so I suggest you max it. Having 2 mist body only for 1 target which is magician valkyria seems a waste, if you really want mist body in, i suggest only 1. Magic Cylinder is useless since it is only useful for burn deck. You definity want to destroy opponent monster rather than deflecting damage back to them.

I will try revamp your magician deck tml since it is quite late now or maybe someone will come up with a better suggestion than me. But if your goal is to make a secret village lockdown, then you must max secret village, and I would use royal decree over sorcerer of dark magic.

No problem, just trying to help. Anyway, i like to see ppls play with different decks, rather than BW, SS, DandyWarrior, Lightlord, GB, XX-Saber...etc which is mostly frequent in the competitive tournament.

Also, it will be kinda hard to win in the competitive local tourney, since this deck is hard to win against swarm, but for casual, it is A-ok, lol.

Ok, if you simply want Secret Village lockdown, dark magician and dark magician girls are definitely out. They have their own theme.

The MUST HAVE spellcaster is definitely Magical Exemplar!! Get all 3. She can revive spellcaster from the grave provided she has enough spell counter. Also, let make it into spellcaster synchro, since synchro is a rage nowaday. The good spellcaster tuner will be Night's end Sorcerer and Effect Veiler.

Old Vindictive Magician is too good to be one, make it 2. Add in Chaos Sorcerer. You have so much light and dark monster to pass out on Chaos Sorcerer. Defender of the Magical Knight is good, since it has to be attacked twice to die due to its 1 magic counter. Also, Magical Exemplar and Magical Knight are good target of Apprentice Magician. I mean, come on, apprentice magician can add 1 spell counter, it's a waste of its ability if you don't have any target.

Now get Spell Power Grasp. This card is godly when used on Magical Exempler or Defender the Magical Knight. Terraform is a must if you want to get secret village out fast, make it 1 or 2.

Now on for trap, since we agree on royal decree, then we must make trap as little as possible. Take out Magic cylinder x1
Eradicator Epidemic Virus x1
Solemn judgement x1

Make Magician Circle +2, +3 Royal Decree. Or simply ditch magician circle, and stick to 3 royal decree only.

Lol, the only time the opponent can destroy your royal decree is by using monster effect since they can't use magic to destroy your set magic/trap if secret village is played, unless they play spellcaster too, then you have no worry of royal decree ever be destroyed.

Also, since we r playing synchro, then getting stardust out will protect your royal decree.

u can try silent mage lv4 and lv8 cos its attack is quite high
