[completed]Yu Gi Oh Asia Tournament Plus 2010 (Singapore)

This is a very new things that we are going to try out. On this upcoming major event we are going to hold 4 Pre-Selection Tournaments in different shops around the country (Shops name will be announce at a later time).

The Champion team of each shop will automatically qualify into the Top 8 of “Yu Gi Oh Asia Tournament Plus 2010 (Singapore)”, meaning to say during the actual event ONLY 4 teams to qualify into the top 8.

Format: Both Pre-selection and Main event will be Knock Out.

Fees: Both Pre and main (12 mix booster pack or 6 extra pack) per team

Date:

Pre – selection tournament will start at Oct
In order for us to control the event well, individual shops we will only ALLOW 16 teams to play. To be fair to everyone there won’t be any Pre-registration all will basis on “First come, First Serve”.
Teams which didn’t make it are allowed to join the pre selection again but priority will be given to Teams which haven got the chance to join.

Venue: Games Haven, 736A Geylang Road Lvl 2
Date: 17/10/2010
Register: 11.30am -12pm
Fees: 12 Booster pack (any pack) or 6 Extra Pack per team

Register: 11.30am -12pm
Fees: 12 Booster pack (any pack) or 6 Extra Pack per team

Here is some of the Rules and Regulation

-Players have to use the new Ban List (Each Team allow to use: 1 Restricted card, 2 Semi Restricted card, 3 Non Restricted card) Rules as per Konami Hong Kong.

- Each team must have 3 players – (if you’re the shop champion and any of your players can’t make it for main event, your team will be disqualified. Same things apply on the Champion team who’re representing Singapore)

- ONLY Promo from Tournament Pack and Game Software are allowed.

- English Asia and Japanese cards are allowed. Korean and English card which are non Asia version are not allowed. (Standard rules)

- Player need Duelist ID in order to join both Pre -selection and Main event.

- 1st layer of Deck Protector MUST BE Konami Product. Transparent colored 2nd layer are allowed but deck protector which will block 80% graphic of the cards are NOT ALLOW. (Exp: will be show in later time)

- Head Judge retains all rights to disqualify any players whose behavior is misconduct and rules violation. Head Judge retains all rights to change all rules and regulation due to situation.

*New Update on 16/9/2010

-Players are allowed to use extra pack 3 on pre selection and main event. (Yu Gi Oh Asia Tournament Plus 2010 Final Singapore)

- Duelist pack Crow and Yusei are not allow until the main event (Yu Gi Oh Asia Tournament Plus 2010 Final Singapore)

-Winning team of each pre-selection have to submit their decklist to me 1 week before the main event (Yu Gi Oh Asia Tournament Plus 2010 Final Singapore).
This is a fair way to prevent players from changing deck last min. (since ever team will need to register thru online and submit decklist also)


Feel free to ask any question about this in order for us to improve the system. I also hope to see positive feedbacks from you guys.

We are also looking for some experiences judges which willing to be judge on the upcoming event do let me know if you’re interested.

for those who dont understand this part,it means example: if your team has 1 member using Giant Trunade,the other 2 members cannot use giant trunade. if ur team is using treeborn frog ,the total number of treeborn frog in your team's deck must be 3.So you have to think of a way to share among urselves

nope... i will only give the cupon when i reach so even u buy eariler is counted as pre register so i wont accpt....

hmm i will reach b4 the tournament starts so around 11am i'll be there.. even im there earlier does nt mean registation will start early everything will start at 11.30am
