| running 20 monsters(inclusive of 3 proving grounds) inside a gladiator beast deck isn't a really smart idea to be honest. yes 3 proving grounds may get you gyzarus more often but i dont really see the need for 3 cydras in the deck. cydras and guardian eatos dont really go together if you have actually play tested the deck. 1 cydra or even one eatos in the grave makes the other one dead, which is not very smart. wheres the dark hole by the way?
moreover, whats the 2 dark bribes for? heavy is gone and you are running 2 bribes to potentially counter 1 cold wave/ trunade which not all decks run? bribe is an inherent -1 which is only used to counter 1 of cards which can allow the player to gain immense advantage such as the now banned heavy storm and trunade/cold wave. if you are using it to counter stuff such as mirror force/ torrential/dark hole then you are playing gladiator beast the wrong way. also book should be played at 3 simply because it helps remove so many threats.
lastly you should really main mind crush. too good not to run with dustshoot and with people playing duality everywhere.

| this deck dont look like a gb ,got much more of the anti meta feel, plus i dont see any waboku or tactics, starlight road would be good at 1 for main as storm banned lers..if wanghu opt out u would have much more options | |

If you got Raioh and Proving Ground you activate Ground then use Raioh. Lol. Both so strong dun put meh. @ Original Post: Cool deck. But is 2 Crossout really necessary?

@ Original Post: Cool deck. But is 2 Crossout really necessary? i must admit that both are strong, but aint versatile enough. what if the opponent also has rai oh? then you'll be stuck with 2 proving ground. But on the other hand , i use gb respite , not as good as proving ground but at least it is more versatile(not in wanghu format) that when u draw smaller monsters. Or if you have 3 same cards at a time, using 1 can return other 2 to deck.

Thanks for pointing this out. I had used respite last time when gb juz came out and i had not proved to be a good card. However , as format changes , respite had proved to solve bad hands. look at my decklist and you would know what i mean...

| Hmm... Doesn't look like a full-fledged GB deck, but anyway..
-1 Starlight Road (I don't even bother to play any in my YVD GBs.) +1 Solemn Warning (Stops retarded big monsters, and being unable to run over stuff really hurts GBs. Even worst if you are not using Murmillo.)
Also, no love for Cold Wave? Really awesome to follow up Cold Wave plays with Gyzarus.
