Urgent Tuning ?

According to the effect of Formula Synchron:

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can draw 1 card. During your opponent's Main Phase, you can Synchro Summon if you use this face-up card as a Synchro Material Monster.

So if I want to boost the speed to accel synro can I use Urgent tuning on my own battle phrase to synro for Shooting Star Dragon on the same turn I synro summon for Formula Synchron ?

Is it against the rulings ? I dun know...

I cannot do it and have to follow the normal way to acceler synro on my opponent's turn ?

Nobody said Shooting star Dragon must synchro during your opponent turn dude.

It depends whether u can read the effect of Formula Synchro.
