Because there are alot of Dragon builds but all have very different pricings and budget ( e.g. REDMD decks like Hopeless Dragon, Disaster Dragon. Dragon Stun decks. etc.)

So just let me know your budget before I can come up with a build I guess =D

Bad deck is bad :/

1st of all, there isn't any dragon theme in the deck. I can see arm dragons but the cards in the deck doesn't really help them much.

There are many Dragon decks such as:
SOL Dragon
SOL Demise
SOL Sniper
SOL Genesis
Hopeless Dragon
Dragon Nohr
Dragon Exodia Turbo
Deep Draw Dragon
Disaster Dragon
Horus Disaster
Twilight Disaster
Spirit Well Disaster

Personally, I love the SOL variants
Arm Dragons are not popular in the Dragon Archtype as their effect easily triggers Starlight Road, Stardust dragon, My body as a Shield and etc.

Looking at this deck, it just looks like a dragon deck with SD01 and SD13 cards combined in the deck. Dragon's greatest advantage is probably bypassing the Tribute mechanic. REDMD allows a +1 every turn and it's the boss monster of Dragon. Therefore, Mausoleum of the Emperor is bad.

I can see that you are probably short of money to build a complete a dragon deck. If you wan some good dragon decklist, i can post it here.

Deltafly and Totem Dragon are not staples of dragon deck incase you are thinking it that way :3

Some dragon decks don't play FGD either due to the fact that they don't run Future fusion due to the lack of targets as the cards are used for the draw engine.
