Deck Construction Rules
All Deck, Side Deck & Extra Deck to strictly adhere to the Official Konami March 2010 Forbidden and Limited Card List.
Deck must be between 40 to 60 cards, inclusive.
Extra Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Side Deck, while optional, must be between 0 to 15 cards, inclusive.
Cards of all language may be used.
TCG exclusives are not allowed.
Cards from Starstrike Blast booster set are not allowed.

Will this tourney be following OCG or TCG rulings?
Tourney will strictly adhere to official OCG rulings.

What does it means by "Finals will be seeded"?
This means that players who perform better during qualifiers will have a pairing advantage at finals, from a technical point of view.

What is the cutoff range for the prize pool?
The cutoff range for the prize pool will depends on the turnout for the day. Tentatively, it will be either top 4 or top 8. Do note that prize pool might be reduced in the event of poor turnout.

Why are cards from Starstrike Blast not allowed?
As cards from Starstrike Blast are new, players would be unfamiliar with their effects and rulings. Organiser hopes to reduce any likelihood of delay or unhappiness arising from it.
