I saw people using D.D crow effect to out his hand and his opponent hand , how is it possible ?

During either player's turn, you can discard this card to the Graveyard to remove from play 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard.

Is the effect on yugioh.wikia correct ?

discard your DD crow,remove 1 card in opponent's graveyard.You may use this any time u like.

This is not possible. D.D Crow states remove cards from opponent's graveyard, not hand!
